WRQ AtGuard Program Causes Error Message in Windows XP (319870)

SYMPTOMS

You may receive the following error message on a blue screen on your Windows XP-based computer with the WRQ AtGuard firewall program installed:
STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x0200000c, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf617c2c6)

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)

Argument 1: 0200000c, memory that was referenced
Argument 2: 00000002, IRQL
Argument 3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Argument 4: f617c2c6, address that referenced memory

Note The four parameters that are inside the parentheses may vary according to the computer's configuration.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you are using the WRQ AtGuard version 3.22 program.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, please visit the following Microsoft Windows Update Web site, and then install all of the critical updates:
