CDOEX: Setting Importance Flag Has No Effect When You Use cdoSendUsingExchange to Reply to a Message (319852)

When you use Collaboration Data Objects for Exchange 2000 (CDOEX) to reply to an e-mail message, if you use the cdoSendUsingExchange enumeration and set the importance flag, the setting in the urn:schemas:httpmail:importance field is not applied to the outgoing message. The result is that the importance flag is not set on the outgoing message.
