OL2002: The Message Body Disappears When You Edit, Save, or Reply to Plain Text Messages (319746)

Outlook 2002, the message body disappears. The message body is also missing
when you use the Print Preview command to view the message or try to print the message after you
have edited and saved the message.
NOTE: This problem occurs when you have a mailbox on a Microsoft
Exchange 2000 Server. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest
