PIP: Resize Object-Error Message: Part of the Project Does Not Fit (319686)

This article was previously published under Q319686 SYMPTOMS If you resize an image in Microsoft Picture It!, the
outline of a white box may appear in the middle of the picture. You may
also receive an error message that is similar to the following: Part of the project does not fit. CAUSE This issue may occur if you resize a picture to a larger
size than the original dimensions of the page. The white box that appears
represents the border of the original page.RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods to
change the size of the page. Method 1: Picture It! 7.0- On the Format menu, click Resize, and then follow the steps on the left to resize the
page.
- After you resize the page, if the page is larger than the
image, you can resize the image to the page.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Click Format.
- Click Fill, Stretch to Fit or Fit within, and then resize the object to fit the page.
Method 2: Picture It! 2002- Open the picture that you want to resize.
- Click Change Page.
- Click Change Size.
- Adjust the height and width of your page so that it fits
the picture, and then click Done.
