When you run the Ntdsutil.exe "go fix" command to start the semantic checker on the Ntds.dit database, you may receive the following error message:
semantic checker: go fix
Error<8000ffff>: failed to fix mangled dn pdt. Retrying.
Error " "0>: non mangled name has guid
DBG: Rolling back transaction due to error 80004005.
