FIX: You may receive unexpected results when you use a text column and an OR operator to combine criteria from multiple subqueries (319610)

This article was previously published under Q319610 BUG #: 356793 (SHILOH_BUGS) SYMPTOMS A query may return inconsistent results (more than one
instance of each row) if a query retrieves a text column and the query uses an
OR operator to retrieve criteria from multiple subqueries.
RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft SQL Server 2000. For additional information, click

SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 3. The English version of this fix
