SYMPTOMS

You may receive the following stop code error message on a blue screen in Winlogon on your Windows NT 4.0 Server-based computer:
0xc000021a (0xe1c55448, 0xc0000005, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
