SYMPTOMS
When you try to access a Web site on a third-party Web server, you may experience one of the following symptoms after a 30-second delay:
- You receive a blank page.
- You receive an HTTP Error 408 error message.
- You receive an HTTP Error 409 error message.
If you refresh the page in your Web browser, the page loads correctly.

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article.
