PRB: Uninstalling BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA May Generate an Error Message (319304)

SYMPTOMS

While you are uninstalling BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA, the following error message may be displayed:
HIPAA requires Microsoft BizTalk Server SP1a. Verify that your system meets this requirement.

CAUSE

This error may occur if you uninstalled BizTalk Server before you uninstalled BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, uninstall BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA first, and then uninstall BizTalk Server.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
