SYMPTOMS

After you use the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in, the home drive may not connect if you had a Terminal Services home drive but the account has now been configured to not have a Terminal Services home drive.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
