FIX: BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries Does Not Start Automatically (319221)

By default, the BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries service is installed with manual startup. If you change the startup type from manual to automatic, the service does not start each time you restart your computer, and you receive the following error message in the System log:
The BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next service pack that contains this hotfix.
