BUG: The Error "Unable to Display Configuration Properties" Is Displayed When Accessing Advanced Properties of a Channel (319208)

When you try to access the advanced properties of a channel that is bound to a port that uses a transport of Application Integration Component, the following error message is displayed:
Unable to display configuration properties.
Error 0x1B6: Object doesn't support this property or method
CAUSE
This error is caused by a problem with the version of Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition that is included with the Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-009:
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, download and install an updated version of Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-009 from the following Microsoft Web site:
