XCCC: Error Message: A Windows Management Instrumentation Error Has Occurred (319103)

When you attempt to click the Wireless Mobility tab located in the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in on a computer that is running the Microsoft Mobile Information Server 2002 Administration Tools, you may receive the following error message:
A Windows Management Instrumentation error has occurred. Make sure that the
user properties dialog is closed, then restart the Windows Management
Instrumentation service.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if you rename, delete or move the MIS Mobile Users group from the Users container.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, move the group to the Users container. If you renamed the group, change the name to MIS Mobile Users (as it was originally named). If you deleted the group, recreate the group.
