To determine the language codes that the Cdosys.dll file supports:

  1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
  2. Locate, and then click the following key in the registry:

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\Rfc1766

An entry similar to the following example appears:

0409 en-us;English (United States)

0409 is the LangId
en-us is the Language Code
English (United States) is the Display Name
