Error Message Occurs If You Save a Document from a Windows 2000 Professional-Based Client Computer to a Mapped Drive on a Windows NT 4.0-Based Server (319075)

If you are using a Windows 2000 Professional-based client computer and you try to save a document to a drive that is mapped to a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based server, you may receive the following error message:
An error occurred while reconnecting (drive letter) to \\computer
name\\sharename Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use. This connection has not been restored.
If you click OK, a File
Properties dialog box appears, which lists information about the author, the title, the keyword, and other items. If you click OK, the document is saved. If you click OK again to clear the error message, you receive the following message:
The document has been saved.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you are using InoculanIT Advanced Antivirus Software V4.53 build 631.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest Windows 2000 InoculateIT driver update and service pack from the following Computer Associates Web site: Microsoft provides third-party contact information to help you find technical support. This contact information may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this third-party contact information. WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, turn off the InoculateIT Server service.
