SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000 version 1.0, you may receive the following error message:

Photodrw.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you view the data that the error report contains, you may receive the following error signature information:

   App Name      App Version  Module Name  Module Version  Offset

   photodrw.exe	 1.0.0.2115   ntdll.dll    5.1.2600.0      00017f26

CAUSE

This issue may occur because PhotoDraw 2000 version 1.0 is not completely compatible with Windows XP.
