SYMPTOMS
If you try to copy and paste table cells, you may receive the following error message:
This feature is disabled because it is not compatible with Microsoft Word 97.
If you try to paste the table cells in HTML or RTF format, Word 2002 may quit. You may receive the following Office Watson error message:
Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
These problems occur if you activate the option not to save features that were introduced after Word 97.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Office XP product name Public Update that contains this hotfix.

The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
