This article was previously published under Q318844 SYMPTOMS After you enter an Epay (electronic payment) in Money,
Money changes the date of the transaction to approximately four days before the
actual due date of the Epay.CAUSE This behavior may occur when the Enter
electronic payments in the register with the processing date
check box is selected. When this setting is turned on, Money enters the transaction date
as the processing date. The processing date is the day that the bank processes
the payment. It is the last day that you can cancel the payment.RESOLUTION To prevent the dates from being changed, follow these
steps:
- On the Tools menu, click
Options.
- Click the Online Services tab.
- Clear the Enter electronic payments in the register
with the processing date check box.
