CAUSE This problem occurs because of an issue with Outlook 2002
using Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0. There is a malfunction in the
Outlook 2002 authorization function when a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) page
that includes script code is accessed. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest
