FIX: The Calendar Control Form Fails with the "System.FormatException" Error (318678)

When you use a Calendar control form, it fails at run time and the following error is generated:
System.FormatException Input string was not in the correct format.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the following conditions exist, regardless of the location of the Calendar control and the List control:
- A Calendar control exists.
-and- - A List control has an ItemCommand event raised.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain the fix from the following Microsoft Web site:

In some cases, there are application workarounds. For example, you can use Link controls to replace a list of options for the navigation to different forms.
