You may experience a problem if you use a comma (,) character in the Your name box when you set up your e-mail account. For example, the return address of a message you send from a device may be incorrectly interpreted as a series of comma-delimited e-mail aliases. This may create a return address that is not valid during the response to the e-mail message.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, in the Your name box when you set up your e-mail account.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
