SYMPTOMS
The following hotfixes have been repackaged to address a
regression in the Windows NT kernel. This regression might cause a "Stop
0x00000071" error if a later hotfix is installed without all the dependent
files. Also, the fix for Q310841 contained a problem that might cause problems
when you copy large files.
This hotfix supercedes and is linked to

Hotfix Information
A supported fix is now available
from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is
described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing
this specific problem. This fix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if
