PowerPoint Slide Show Turns Off Screen Saver and Ignores System Group Policy (318449)

When a Microsoft PowerPoint slide show presentation is running, your screen saver may not start. Note that this symptom may occur even though:
- You previously specified a screen saver start time (or waiting period) in a system group policy.
- Your computer has been inactive long enough to start the screen saver.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the Userenv.dll file is not correctly reading the policy change.
