XADM: Messages That Are Posted When the NNTP Service Is Not Running Are Not Displayed in the NNTP Client (318394)

If you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to post messages to a newsgroup folder when the Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) service is not running, the messages that you posted may not be visible to the NNTP client after the NNTP service is started.
