IWTVOneWorldUI.status Property Does Not Work for Internet Terminal Builds (318347)

The IWTVOneWorldUI.status property returns the status of whether the Browser displays a progress bar. However, for Internet Terminal (INETTERM) builds, the UseWebWorldOnly case is not handled. The result is the Progress bar is displayed when status is set to false.
Workaround
To remove the progress bar, delete the ONEWORLDSTATUSPANEL element in Configuration.xml.
