How to Insert a Supported Video in FrontPage To insert a FrontPage-supported video into a FrontPage Web, point
to Picture on the Insert menu, and then click Video. In the Video dialog box, select the media file that you want, and then click Open. The following file types are available in the
Files of type list when you browse to select a video file:
- All Video Files (*.avi; *.asf; *.ram; *.ra)
- Windows Video Files (*.avi)
- Windows Media Files (*.asf)
- Real Audio Files (*.ram; *.ra)

How to Insert an Unsupported Video in FrontPage 2002- Open a Web in Microsoft FrontPage 2002.
- On the Insert menu, click Web Component.
- In the left pane, click Advanced Controls.
- In the right pane, double-click Plug-In.
- In the Data source box, type the URL of the file that you want the plug-in to load,
or click Browse to locate the file.
- Type or modify the following information in the Plug-In Properties dialog box:
Message for browsers without plug-in support: To specify a message for browsers that do not support plug-ins, type an HTML or plain text message in the Message for browsers without plug-in support box.
Size: To specify the width and height (in pixels) of the plug-in,
specify the values that you want in the Size boxes.
Hide: To hide the plug-in when the page is viewed in a Web browser,
click to select the Hide plug-in check box.
Layout: To set layout attributes, specify the alignment, border
thickness, and horizontal and vertical spacing values for the plug-in under Layout. NOTE: If you want to specify cascading style sheet properties as an
inline style for the plug-in, click Style.
