XL2000: Excel Stops Responding When You Run VBA Macro Code That Displays a User Form (317850)

code that displays a user form, you receive an access violation error message
in Excel, and the program stops responding. CAUSE This problem may occur if you have a user-defined function
that calls a user-defined form. For example, Sub A calls Function B. Function B
displays a user form. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
