By default, the Windows 2000 Site Server Internet Locator Service (ILS) service is limited to 2000 simultaneous connections and 2500 registered users.

The Site Server ILS service is included in Windows 2000 Server and Advanced Server. This service provides ILS functionality so that Microsoft NetMeeting clients can connect to and see other users who are connected to the same server. By default, the service is limited to a maximum of 2000 simultaneous connections and 2500 registered users.
