BUG: Files Copied from a Web Folder Result in 0-Byte File (317792)

When you copy an item from a Web folder, the file appears at the destination, but the file size is 0 bytes. Similarly, when you open a file from a Web folder, the file may appear to be empty.
CAUSE
This problem may occur when the Temporary Internet Files folder in Microsoft Internet Explorer is full, and you use version 1.5 or earlier of the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Internet Publishing.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, use either of the following methods:
- Increase the size of the Internet Explorer cache. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the General tab, click Settings.
- In the Amount of disk space to use text box, increase the amount of space that is allocated for the Internet Explorer cache, and then click OK.
- Click OK in the Internet Options dialog box.
- Clear the contents of the Internet Explorer cache. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the General tab, click Delete Files, and then click OK in the dialog box that appears.
- In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.
