computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2), you may
encounter various instability problems such as access violations, hangs, or
deployment problems. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft COM+ Hotfix
Rollup 18.
