CAUSE This error message may be caused by a corrupted fax job in
the Queue folder.

Queue folder at this location:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Queue
After you delete the Queue folder, restart the Fax
service. Notes:
- Deleting the Queue folder also deletes any unsent fax
jobs.
- Some folders in the path to the Queue folder are hidden. If
you cannot view these folders, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu in My Computer or Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
- Click the View tab.
- Under Hidden files and folders, click
Show hidden files and folders.
- Click OK.
