You may receive the following error message:

Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you view the data that the error report contains, the following error signature information may be listed:

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you are using version 5.4.5096 or earlier of the Wuv3is.dll file.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, connect to the following Microsoft Web site to automatically update to the latest version of the Wuv3is.dll file (as of March 2002, version 5.4.5244):
