Reader 2.0: "Server Is Down for Maintenance" Message When You Try to Acitvate Reader (317398)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to activate Reader 2.0, you may receive a message that states that the server is down for maintenance.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because Reader 2.0 is not compatible with Microsoft Windows 95. Activation requires Microsoft Windows 98 or later.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, install Reader 2.0 on a computer that runs Windows 98 or later, or upgrade your operating system.
