SYMPTOMS

A subscriber that is browsing to a posting that is using template switching receives an error message that is similar to the following:
Error Type:
Resolution Object Model (0x80041BCF)
Unknown template name. This site does not contain a template named 'Template Rich'.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article.
