XWEB: January Is Always Indicated As Being One Year Earlier Than the Correct Year in the Calendar View Title of Monthly View (317192)

When you view the Calendar folder in Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), the year that is displayed for the month of January is one year earlier than the correct year. This only occurs when the folder view is set to "Monthly View."
CAUSE
The script for controlling the calendar views (ctrl_calendarview20.js) is erroneously resetting the year for monthly display.
