WD2002: Traditional Chinese: First Day Displayed in Calendar Wizard Is Not Correct (317167)

When you create a calendar by using the calendar wizard, January 1, 2001 is displayed incorrectly as Tuesday, instead of Monday.

The Traditional Chinese version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
