SYMPTOMS

When you type Double-Byte Character Set (DBCS) characters in Equation Editor, the DBCS characters may not appear on the screen. This symptom occurs in the localized Traditional Chinese version of Microsoft Office XP and in the Chinese (Traditional) Input Method Editor (IME).
