When Lotus Notes users try to open a message file attachment, which contains an attachment in the message file, an error from Microsoft Word 2002 may occur.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, save the attachment to a file.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
