OL2000: Outlook Quits When You Access a Lotus cc:Mail Address Book from the Outlook Object Model (316390)

SYMPTOMS

If you have a program that loads and accesses an address in a Lotus cc:Mail address book while using the Outlook object module, Outlook 2000 may quit unexpectedly.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
