SYMPTOMS
After you install the Windows NT 4.0 Post-Service Pack 6a Security Rollup package or the hotfix that is described in Q263490 (the Windows NT 4.0 version) a call to
IStorage::CopyTo across processes causes the program to stop responding (hang) for about 15 minutes.
