Time zone settings for Bulgaria are incorrect on computers that are running
Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, and Microsoft Windows 2000.
Note that the name of Bulgaria's capital should be "Sofia" (instead of "Sofija"), and the time zone for Bulgaria should be GMT+2 (the same time zone as "Helsinki, Riga, and Tallinn").
