In certain circumstances, the document profiles may not be visible through Web folders.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the base document is configured without the required default system properties, such as author, title, description, and keywords.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue and recover document profiles:
- Log on as a coordinator.
- Create a Web folder to the workspace, and then open it.
- Make sure that your folder view options are set so that hidden and system files can be seen. To do so on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000:
- Click Folder Options on the Tools menu.
- Click the Views tab.
- Click to select the Show hidden files and folders check box.
- Make sure that the Hide protected operating system files check box is not selected.
- Open the System subfolder.
- Open the Schema subfolder (in http://server/workspace/system/schema/).
- Locate Basedocument_cc.xml. Right-click the file, and then click Properties in the shortcut menu to open the properties. Add the required system properties, such as author, title, description, and keywords.
- Close the Web folder, and then open and look at the Web folder. It should display all of the document profiles.
