Error Message: Lrun32 Caused an Exception 10h in Module Swflash.ocx (315215)

When you start a Microsoft Press program such as Microsoft Office 2000 Step By Step Interactive or Microsoft Network Essentials Plus MCSE Online Training Kit, you may receive the following error message:
Lrun32 caused an exception 10h in module SWFLASH.OCX
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the version of the Macromedia Flash Player ActiveX control (Swflash.ocx) that is installed on your computer is incompatible with the Microsoft Press program.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, remove and then reinstall the Microsoft Press program. This installs a version of Macromedia Flash Player that is included with the Microsoft Press program. To do this, follow these steps.
NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
The following steps refer to Network Essential Plus! MCSE Online Training Kit.
Step 1: Remove Network Essentials Plus MCSE Online Training Kit- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- On the Install/Uninstall tab, click
Network Essentials Plus Online Training Kit, and then click Add/Remove.
- Click OK on the Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its components? message.
- Click Finish.
Step 2: Uninstall the Swflash.ocx file - Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, then select Internet Options.
- On the General tab, click the Settings button under Temporary Internet Files.
- Click the View Objects button.
- In the Program File list, right-click Swflash.ocx, and then click Remove.
- Close the Downloaded Program Files window.
- Click OK to close the Settings dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
Step 3: Reinstall Network Essentials Plus MCSE Online Training Kit- Insert the Network Essentials Plus MCSE Online Training Kit compact disc (CD) into your CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive.
- Run Setup to reinstall Network Essentials Plus MCSE Online Training Kit.
NOTE: If you later update Macromedia Flash Player, and you then start Network Essentials Plus! MSCE Online Training Kit, you may experience the behavior described earlier in the "Symptoms" section of this article.
