SYMPTOMS

You may receive the following error message:

Gozilla.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you view the data the error report contains, the following error signature information may be displayed:

CAUSE

This issue can occur because of a problem in the Go!Zilla version 4.0 program.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, obtain and install Go!Zilla version 4.1 or later from the following Go!zilla Web site:
