Cannot Clear a Subfolder After Selecting the Subfolder in Windows Backup (314668)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Backup utility in advanced mode to try to cancel selection of a subfolder, the check box that you need to clear is unavailable (dimmed). This issue occurs after you select the drive, expand the subfolder tree, select the subfolder check box, and then try to clear the check box.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, click to clear the check box for the drive, and then select the subfolders individually.
