PRJ2000: Rows of Data Are Missing After You Print a Multipage Project (314593)

In Microsoft Project, when you print or preview a multipage project, one or more rows may be missing from the printout. For example, page 1 of the printout may end with task ID 30 while page 2 starts with task ID 32. Under this scenario, the line with task ID 31 is missing.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the row height of one or more rows in your project is greater than 1.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
- Set manual page breaks. In the example given in the "Symptoms" section of this article, you would set a manual page break between lines 30 and 31.
-or- - Set all row heights to 1.
