This article describes how to connect to a Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) queue. MAPI is the protocol that all connector queues use.
The following list shows the function of the various types of system queues that are available on a connector:
- MTS-In
- Ready-In
- MTS-Out
- Ready-Out
- Badmail

Connect to a MAPI Queue- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
- If administrative groups are enabled, expand the administrative group that you want to work with.
- If the command is available, expand Routing Groups, and then expand the routing group that contains the connector that you want to work with.
- Expand Connectors, expand the appropriate connector, and then expand Queues.
- Select the queue that you want to work with.
