SYMPTOMS
Outlook body-part handling strips carriage returns (CRs) from messages that are incoming from the AUTODIN Messaging System. As a result, the complete message is opened as a single line.
CAUSE
By default, the Outlook Rich Edit feature converts a CR_CR_LF sequence into a space. As a result, the formatting information for the lines is lost when Outlook opens these messages.
