Assign a Message Format for a Specific Domain- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then double-click System Manager.
- Double-click Global Settings.
- Right-click Internet Message Formats, point to New, and then click Domain.
- On the General tab, in the Name box, type a descriptive name for the SMTP policy.
- In the SMTP domain box, type the Domain Name System (DNS) name of the domain to which the new policy applies.
- Click the Message Format tab, and then specify the message encoding and character sets that you want to use.
- Click the Advanced tab, and then set the advanced formatting options that you want to use.
- Click OK to create the policy. The policy is then applied to all mail that is delivered to the designated domain.
