PRB: HTTP Compression Does Not Work if Request File Name Extension Contains Uppercase Characters (314307)

HTTP compression may not work if the file name extension of the request contains uppercase characters.
WORKAROUND
Follow the steps in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article and add all possible combinations of the file name extension with both lowercase and uppercase letters (for example, asp, asP, aSp, aSP, Asp, AsP, ASp, ASP):
